FREE SHIPPING, STORE POLICIES, AND RETURNS


Shipping

Details

All items available in our shop now include FREE Shipping!  Free shipping only includes shipping to your door by freight or common carrier.  If you have a custom shipping request, please let us know before placing your order.  Additional charges may apply to custom shipping requests.

  • Smaller items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail in a standard USPS box.  A USPS mailing address is required.
     
  • FedEx Ground orders are secured in an oversized shipping box.
     
  • Freight orders are packaged and shipped in a palletized box/crate.  If there is severe damage to the box/crate due to shipping, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If you receive a piece that is damaged due to shipping please notify us immediately along with photos documenting the damage. We will use these to start a claim with the shipping company. Depending on the damage, we will either coordinate a local repair, ship back to our shop to repair, or replace your item.

You have three (3) days from when your order was delivered to notify us of problems with your piece due to packaging or shipping. Please be sure to send photos of any issue so we can work with you to correct this promptly.

Delivery Quotes

For special delivery requests such as white glove or local delivery, please send us a conversation or email with your shipping zip code so we can provide an estimate for additional charges.

Custom order shipping costs

Custom orders and requests may require additional shipping costs due to changes in dimensions and weight. We will notify you prior to collecting payment of these potential charges.

Store Policies

Order cancellations

WFOUR Design accepts order cancellations within the first 24 hours from when your order is placed. If you have any questions regarding the design, a custom design, materials, etc. please give us a call, email, or send a conversation prior to making your purchase. 

Build Time

Estimated build times shown are just that, an estimate. Occasionally things get busy in the shop and delays can happen. We will keep you informed of any potential delays before they happen. Occasionally things take less time too!

Any changes to a design may result in additional build time. This includes but is not limited to: dimension changes, material requests, colors, finishes, etc.

Build time begins once payment is received and cleared. 

Custom Orders

We consider all of our made to order work a custom order.

Changes to Custom Orders

For all custom orders, we are happy to make adjustments during the build process. Please note that any changes to materials, dimensions, finish, color, etc will incur change order fees appropriate to the changes made. Build time will be extended with changes made during the build process.

Before making your purchase, we work with you to create a model of your piece(s) to confirm the design, shape, materials, colors, etc. 

If you recently placed your order and are interested in minor changes please send us a conversation or email to discuss what changes can be made during the beginning of the build process.

Returns

Custom Order Returns

WFOUR Design does not accept returns on custom or made to order orders.  We are happy to help make changes to pieces (i.e. leg color, handles) after shipping/delivery at full cost of materials, shipping, and labor.  Please be sure to read all details on the listing page before placing your order.

Returns on stock items

WFOUR Design typically does not accept returns on in stock items as they are sold "as-is".  We work hard to: photograph the work, materials, and construction; provide all dimensions; describe any previous use (i.e. trade show display items); and disclose any issues with the piece. 

Please be sure to ask if you have any questions regarding an in stock item before making a purchase. We are happy to share additional photos, dimensions, etc. to help you make sure the piece fits your home and style. 

If a piece arrives and there are issues as a result of packaging, you have three (3) days from when your order was delivered to notify us of problems with your piece. Please be sure to send photos of any issue so we can work with you to correct this promptly.
